Recommended Dosage
Just one capsule each day will be sufficient for most people who simply want to stay healthy. However, if you have any other health issues or work in an environment that is crowded you may take as many as you need. This could be anything up to 10 capsules daily in divided doses and especially in the evening so that the ingredients can work overnight whilst your body is resting.
